Eligibility Requirements

Participation is limited to residents of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba who are 18 years of age or older. Tickets must be purchased within these provinces. Non-residents of these provinces are not eligible to participate in SerenaMall drawings.

Participants must provide valid identification and proof of residency when requested. Employees of SerenaMall and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Ticket Purchase

Tickets may be purchased through authorized SerenaMall sales channels. No purchase method guarantees winning. All tickets are non-transferable unless required by applicable law.

Ticket prices and availability are subject to change. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements before purchasing tickets.

Drawing Procedures & Rewards

Drawings are conducted using certified random selection methods. Rewards may not be exactly as shown in promotional materials. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible tickets sold for each drawing.

Drawing dates are announced in advance. All drawings are conducted under regulatory supervision and are independently verified for fairness and accuracy.

Champion Verification

Champions must provide valid identification, proof of eligibility, and proof of ticket ownership. Claims must be made within the specified timeframe as outlined in the reward notification.

Failure to comply with verification requirements within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of rewards. All reward claims are subject to verification and approval by SerenaMall.

SerenaMall operates under license #712763 LGCA 5664-RF-48854, authorized for operations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, Canada.

All lottery operations are conducted in compliance with provincial gaming regulations and under the oversight of appropriate regulatory authorities.

SerenaMall is not responsible for technical errors, system failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control that may affect lottery operations or reward distribution.
